Stefano joined BWS as CFO in 2023, after having spent 3 years as General Manager of EMG Italy, a leading provider of broadcast and media production services on a national and international level.

His career spans over 20 years across media entertainment companies where he held positions of increasing responsibility in Financial Planning and Control Management area.

Before moving in EMG Stefano worked 7 years in the Italian branch of Warner Discovery, leading the Financial Planning and Analysis department for the Southern Europe region and being directly involved in Content Investment and Business Development cross-functional teams.
