Personal Data Protection

Pursuant the art. 13 of the Privacy Code D.lgs. 196/2003 and the art. 13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016, the personal data collected directly and/or through third parties by the controller Balich Wonder Studio Srl, are processed in printed, computing and telematic form for the performance of contractual and lawful obligations as well as for the effective handing of business relations, also for future use.

The non-submittal of data, where not compulsory, will be evaluated from time to time by the controller and the resulting decisions to be made will take into account the importance of the required data in respect of the business relation management.

Personal data may be disclosed (also outside EU), strictly in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes, and consequently processed, only in relation to the following purposes:

  • data processing, including those defined as sensitive in fulfillment of specific obligations under applicable laws, regulations, national collective labour agreement, including corporate agreements, by EU law to comply with the rules regarding social security and assistance, health and safety at work or the population, the protection of health, order and public safety, tax, insurance, and for specified and legitimate purposes for the purposes of accounting of salaries, allowances, bonuses, other emoluments and fringe benefits, for the protection of life or bodily integrity also of third party;
  • personal data will be communicated to the responsible bodies for legal obligations and national collective labour agreement, as well as to all those subjects in relation to which the communication itself is necessary in order to meet the requirements laid down in the previous paragraph;
  • the personal data may also be communicated to controlling Companies or parent Companies of Balich Wonder Studio directly and / or not, and / or connected to Balich Wonder Studio, pursuant to art. 2359 CC, and for creating archive units in order to fulfill its legal obligations in the budgetary and fiscal matter.

in order to allow the processing and communication of the data referred to above, the person concerned will be required to communicate to Balich Wonder Studio any other personal data that could be necessary; and to indemnify Balich Wonder Studio regarding any possible harmful consequences derived, directly or indirectly, by the refusal to provide the requested data.

The data subjects may exercise all the rights set forth in art.7 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 and art. 15-22 EU Reg. 679/2016 (including the rights of data access, updating, objects to data processing and cancellation)
