With 25 years of extensive experience in the live entertainment, event, sport, and special events industry, prior to joining Balich Wonder Studio, Tom spent 20 years at PRG Group, starting as International Sales Manager in 2003 and eventually becoming Co-CEO/ Co-President EMEA and APAC in 2022. In 2009 Tom succeeded in a Global MBA program at Manchester Business School/Manchester University.
Tom’s expertise extends to Executive Leadership, Growth and Transformation Management and Go to Market and Marketing Strategy, allowing him to forge successful synergies and strategic alliances globally.
At Balich Wonder Studio, he leads the Group Business Development and Growth Platform, focusing on identifying and pursuing new market and entries, new clients and strategic partners for all the Business Units and Subsidiaries in all international markets. Tom also oversees the Group’s marketing strategy and investments.
